Together, we’ll explore your wants, needs, and priorities, which guides us as we craft a detailed wedding day visuals timeline tailored specifically to you.

This timeline covers every significant moment, from hair and makeup, getting dressed, and first looks, to family portraits, bridal party shots, the ceremony, and all the little in-between moments that make your day uniquely yours. We’ll even plan for special moments like surprise dances, candid family interactions, and sunset portraits — ensuring nothing is overlooked.

Having a thoughtfully curated timeline allows us to capture every meaningful memory while keeping your day flowing smoothly. You’ll be able to relax, enjoy each other, and be fully present for the moments that truly matter, knowing every emotion, glance, and detail will be beautifully documented.

Wedding Day Arrival & Preparation

We will arrive at the scheduled location approximately 30–45 minutes before you begin getting ready. This allows us to set up thoughtfully, check in with you, and prepare all of our equipment to ensure nothing is missed. Arriving early also gives us the chance to capture the quiet, anticipatory moments of your morning — from the delicate details of your attire and accessories, to the laughter and excitement shared with your bridal party and family.

By planning ahead, we can seamlessly document everything, from hair and makeup to the first moments of getting dressed, creating a complete, cinematic story of your wedding day. Our goal is to make the start of your celebration effortless, letting you relax, savor each moment, and focus entirely on each other while we handle the artistry of capturing it all.

Your Wedding Memories

We have a dedicated team who works behind the scenes to bring every detail to life — from editing and color grading to album design and film production — ensuring the highest quality final product for both your photography and videography.

For photography clients, we schedule a private viewing and album selection appointment where you can see your images beautifully presented and choose your hand-crafted wedding album. For videography clients, we offer a private highlight video viewing, during which you can request any changes or refinements to ensure the final film perfectly reflects your story. Each experience is thoughtfully curated to reflect your personal story and provide a seamless, luxury experience.

From the first consultation to the delivery of your album and/or film, our goal is to provide a stress-free, elegant, and memorable experience. Every image and frame is carefully captured and edited, creating a lasting celebration of your love story.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Your photography collection will be fully retouched and ready within 4–6 weeks after your wedding day. Preview images will be sent to as the editing process unfolds. Files are delivered via Google Drive to the email provided during booking, unless another method is preferred. This link is yours to share with friends and family, allowing you to relive and celebrate your memories from anywhere.

CINEMAGRAPHY

Your cinematography collection will be fully edited and ready within 4–6 weeks after your wedding day. If you have booked wedding videography along with photography as well, your highlight video will be delivered on a separate timeline, typically 2-3 weeks after receiving your images. This ensures the video is carefully edited and polished to capture the cinematic story of your day.

Most sessions run between one to two hours of shooting time, depending on your chosen collection and the locations or looks we plan together. This allows a comfortable pace to create a variety of images without feeling rushed — giving each moment the attention it deserves.

Booking is easy — just send an inquiry with your preferred date. I’ll give you a quick call to connect, answer any questions, and talk through your vision. Once we confirm availability, a non-refundable deposit secures your spot, and we’ll start planning your session in detail.

Yes — to confirm your booking, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required, which is applied toward your session fee. This ensures your date and experience are reserved exclusively for you. The session fee includes your personalized consultation, guided shoot time, and professional retouching of selected images. After your session, you’ll enjoy a private reveal and ordering appointment where you can select the collection that best fits you.

Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least seven days’ notice. Cancellations within that window forfeit the deposit fee, as it reserves your dedicated shooting time and ensures your experience remains personalized and uninterrupted.

I accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo; and flexible payment plans are available upon request.

After your session, I carefully retouch each image to ensure it looks polished and refined. About one week later, you’ll enjoy a private reveal appointment, typically 60–90 minutes, where we’ll view your images together and select the pieces or collections that best tell your story. Your final, fully edited images are then delivered 2–3 weeks afterward, giving a total turnaround of approximately four weeks. My goal is to make the entire experience effortless, meaningful, and memorable from start to finish.

High-resolution digital images are included in every collection and come with a print release for personal use. In addition, every collection also includes a beautifully designed, fine-art album, thoughtfully curated to showcase your images — ensuring your memories are preserved in both digital and tangible form.
